Graduated from Florida Southern, moved to Switzerland and began studying at Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland
After the long journey though COVID, I was finally in a position to get back into a professional kitchen. I began at Mitchelles Coffee House working as an assistant baker for 8 months and finishing my time there as head baker in 2022.
